Structure and principle of flat curing press

The most common flat-plate vulcanizing machine is the hydraulic vulcanizing machine. The whole machine is divided into three parts: main engine, hydraulic system and electrical control system.

Structure:

1. Main engine

The hydraulic cylinder of the main engine is made of ductile cast iron. The machine is of compact structure, firm and reliable, with high manufacturing accuracy, good sealing performance, no oil leakage, stable working performance, good pressure keeping performance, high production efficiency, safe operation, convenient and sensitive.

At the same time, heat conduction oil vulcanizing machine.

2. Hydraulic system of flat curing press:

The hydraulic circuit is composed of motor, gear pump or combination pump, one-way valve, overflow valve, combined pressure control valve, oil filter, level gauge and so on.

Fill the tank with 46# or 32# anti-wear and anti-freeze hydraulic oil to the middle position of the level gauge, lift the manual control valve, start button, and the hydraulic system automatically drives the plunger to complete lifting, pressure maintaining and pressure compensating

3. Electrical control system

The electrical system principle of hydraulic plate vulcanizing machine is shown in the electrical diagram. The temperature controller controls the contact on and off to regulate the hot plate temperature. Control working pressure and make up pressure, accurate timing of digital time relay, set time to alarm die opening.

Principle:

1. Principle of electrical workpiece

When the power is switched on, press start button QA, contact KA2, intermediate relay KA1 and KA2, and the motor will run, drive the oil pump to work, close the die or, by YXC150 magnetic-assisted electric contact pressure gauge, control the working pressure. When the set pressure is reached, connect KA3 and stop working, the time relay will start timing. The pressure drops due to the flow of the glue material in the mold after heating and pressurizing. After reaching the pressure filling point, it will automatically connect KA2 to carry out the pressure filling and heating part. Open the heating knob to control the temperature of heating plate.

Working principle of hydraulic pressure

After starting motor operation, oil enters gear pump or blade pump by oil tank through filter

A gear pump will drain the low-pressure oil to the one-way valve through the oil input cylinder of the low-pressure one-way valve, so that the plunger will rise rapidly. After mold closing, the low-pressure valve will automatically close, and the low-pressure oil will be discharged through the overflow valve. At this time, the high-pressure oil output by the gear pump will be discharged through the right-angle one-way valve to form the set high pressure.

B vane pump and gear pump double pump confluence, through the high and low overflow valve into the oil cylinder, rapidly rising, after mold closing, the low-pressure oil is discharged through the overflow valve, and the high-pressure oil drive plunger reaches the set pressure and stops working.
